AMTEvents Ltd. wishes to protect the privacy of any individual or corporate entity with which information is shared. The following policy states clearly what information we may be required to hold and how we use it. By using our website, social media links, e-mails or providing or receiving physical documentation you agree to the terms of the following policy.

Agreement to this policy is a pre-requisite to doing business with us, and is taken as automatic acceptance.

1. Information we receive and may retain.

a) Adults (over the age of 16)

When we are contacted either electronically, including via our website, or physically we may collect and/or retain certain information, both personal and business related. This includes information that identifies you personally, for example your name, address, phone number, mobile number, as well as information about your employing company. There may be sensitive information included in the information we collect and retain, such as bank account or credit card details, registration numbers, passport numbers, NI numbers etc.We collect login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and contact history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

We may automatically record certain information from the User’s or Visitor’s devices by using various types of technology, including cookies, “clear gifs” or “web beacons.” This “automatically collected” information may include IP address or other device address or ID, web browser and/or device type, the web pages or sites visited just before or just after using the Service, the pages or other content the User or Visitor views or interacts with on the Service, and the dates and times of the visit, access, or use of the Service. We also may use these technologies to collect information regarding a Visitor or User’s interaction with email messages, such as whether the Visitor or User opens, clicks on, or forwards a message. This information is gathered from all Users and Visitors.

b) Children (under the age of 16)

We do not knowingly or intentionally collect or retain personal information for children under 16. Should we do so accidentally we will safely delete the information as and when it comes to our notice. Should you become aware that we are in possession of such information please make us aware so that it can be deleted.

2. How we securely store your information.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to safeguard information submitted to AMTEvents Ltd., both during transmission and once we receive it. We use ISO certified cloud services and applications and maintain appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards including secure passwords to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorised alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, misuse, and any other unlawful form of processing of the Personal Data in our possession. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of information you transmit to us or store on the Service, and you do so at your own risk. We also cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our safeguards. If you think your Personal Data has been compromised, please contact us immediately. If we learn of a security breach, we will inform you of the occurrence of the breach in accordance with applicable law.

b) Website

Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Please note this site does use tracking cookies and Google Analytics so that we can best serve our customers and the usage of this site.

c) Training
The Company will ensure that staff are adequately trained regarding their data protection responsibilities and how to ensure that they comply with this policy.

3. How we use your information provided that it is not already in the public domain.  

a) To develop and improve our products and services.

b) To provide, operate and keep you informed of changes to our products or services.

c) For general marketing of AMTevents Ltd. news and updates to you.

d) We may share data with related companies and business partners where an NDA is in place, and the information is required for business purposes. This data will not include the identification of any individuals personal or corporate detail, and will be in summary form only, unless we have your specific permission to send detailed information. 

e) To communicate on the subject of administrative and financial matters in which you are interested, including responding to queries from you.

f) Communicate legal agreements and applicable AMTEvents Ltd. policy documents to you.

g) We may disclose Personal Data or other information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

h) To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support.

i) To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services.

4. Retention of Information.

a) Period.

We only retain the Personal Data collected from a User for as long as the User is actively engaged with us or otherwise for a period of time as long as we need it, to fulfil the purposes for which we have initially collected it, unless otherwise required by law. We will only retain and use information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

b) Review.

Stored information will be reviewed annually and if no longer required for business purposes will be deleted from our system.

5) Transfer of Ownership
 

Information about Users and Visitors, including Personal Data, may be disclosed and otherwise transferred to an acquirer, successor or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets and only if the recipient of the User or Visitor Data commits to a Privacy Policy that has terms substantially consistent with this Privacy Policy. Client Data may be physically or electronically transferred to an acquirer, or successor or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets, for the sole purpose of continuing the operation of the Service, and only if the recipient of the Client Data commits to a Privacy Policy that has terms substantially consistent with this Privacy Policy.

6. Changes and Updates to this Policy

Please revisit this page to keep abreast of any changes to the Policy, which may be updated from time to time. If we change the Policy, it will be available through the Service, and will be dated t the date of the last revision, and it will comply with applicable law. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Policy has become effective indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to the current version of the Policy.
